Location: Watertown, WI
Compensation: $16.32 - $17.32/hour
Availability Needed: Flexible daytime hours - UP TO FULL TIME!
Flexibility: Hours available based on applicant availability
Commitment: Reliability and clear communication are essential
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on assistance with daily living: bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Support toileting, repositioning, catheter/ostomy care, and medical equipment use.
- Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and perform light household tasks (laundry, sweeping, etc.).
- Accompany the client to appointments or outings using a handicap-accessible van.
- Maintain clear communication with care team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (elderly care preferred).
- CNA certification preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- Strong communication skills, kindness, and dependability.
- Must pass caregiver and criminal background checks.
Earn Up to $500 in Bonuses!
New hires who complete CDCP training can receive up to $500 in bonuses during their first 6 months. Training bonus retention bonus available!
