CDW is seeking an experienced Ivanti ITSM Administrator to support ongoing platform operations following an internal transition within the ITSM team. This role will focus primarily on administration and support of the Ivanti Neurons for ITSM platform, with an emphasis on Neurons for Discovery.
The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker who can not only administer the platform but also provide recommendations for improvement, optimization, and best practices across ITSM processes and discovery capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Ivanti ITSM platform, including configuration, maintenance, and ongoing operational stability.
• Support Ivanti Neurons for Discovery, ensuring accurate asset and configuration visibility across the environment.
• Partner with ITSM stakeholders to enhance workflows, automate processes, and improve platform performance.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolution and root cause analysis.
• Recommend improvements to ITSM processes, discovery accuracy, and platform utilization.
• Support data integrity, reporting, and dashboarding within Ivanti.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and service management teams to align ITSM tooling with operational needs.

Requirements

• Experience administering Ivanti ITSM, with strong knowledge of Ivanti Neurons for ITSM and Discovery.
• Ability to analyze system performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and configuration management principles.
• Experience with service desk workflows, asset discovery, and CMDB support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Additional Information
  This role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates able to work East Coast business hours.
