Role Description The Bilingual Client Outreach – Sales & Business Development role is a full-time, on-site position based in Plano, TX. In this role, the team member will proactively contact prospective and existing clients, present staffing solutions, and follow up on leads to grow business relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound calls and in-person meetings, identifying client needs, coordinating with internal teams to propose tailored service offerings, and maintaining accurate records of outreach activities in CRM tools.
