CDR ProSource is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our operations team. This is a fast-paced, field-based role supporting multiple client locations while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting a safe and productive work environment.
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
- Support daily operations across multiple client locations.
- Conduct regular job site visits to monitor attendance, quality, and compliance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, supervisors, HR, and subcontractors.
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and follow-up for new subcontractors.
- Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
- Address employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues professionally and promptly.
- Communicate staffing needs, performance updates, and operational concerns with clients and internal management.
- Monitor workforce attendance, performance, and engagement.
- Complete reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Identify operational challenges proactively and implement effective solutions.
- Represent CDR ProSource professionally at all client locations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience or the ability to lead by example.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable traveling between job sites.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
