Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately based on pick lists or work instructions
- Stage, organize, and verify products before shipment
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring materials are handled safely
- Move products to designated storage areas and maintain organized inventory locations
- Perform routine forklift inspections and report any equipment issues
- Maintain accurate inventory by following warehouse procedures
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Previous experience with order picking, material handling, or warehouse operations
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment
- Ability to read and follow pick lists, work orders, and inventory instructions
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
- Knowledge of basic warehouse and inventory procedures
- Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
