Responsibilities
- Assemble wood and metal components into finished products according to design specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Measure, align, and fasten materials using hand and power tools.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Safely operate tools and equipment while following company safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work with the production team to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all company quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous carpentry, framing, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and work instructions.
- Ability to frequently kneel, bend, and stand throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
