Job Description:
The Sales Administrator supports the corporate sales team by managing customer communication, processing quotations and orders, and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries. This role involves close coordination with account managers and internal departments to provide excellent customer service and operational support.
Duties to Include:
- Receive, enter, and process customer quotations and purchase orders
- Generate backlog reports and provide updates to customers as needed
- Track quote activity and follow up with customers on status
- Answer customer inquiries regarding CDM products and services
- Receive, enter, and manage expedites
- Receive, enter, and manage RMAs
- Investigate customer complaints and work with internal teams to resolve issues
- Communicate daily with assigned account managers to report updates and address issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general comfort with digital tools
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in the interconnect or electronic distribution industry is helpful but not required
