Job Summary
The Entry Level Sales/Administrator is responsible to assist with the day-to-day operations of the sales department. This position will be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager in the following areas:
- customer service
- Order processing in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Great Way to gain practical experience. High potential to develop into an Account Manager
Essential Job Functions
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customer needs are met
- Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner
- Broker Bid response and processing
- Inside and outside sales support
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Help process
- Sales related administrative work as well as sales related field work
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) being the primary tool used.
- Ability to learn new software programs as needed. Will train on platforms like Salesforce and Trux
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to handle confidential information.
- Must have good organizational skills.
- Drivers License and clean MVR required
