Job Description:
Jones Logistics is hiring Utility Drivers for a position that goes beyond hauling a load from point A to point B. This is for experienced CDL-A drivers who can walk into different situations, handle different equipment, and keep things moving without missing a step.
You are not here to do one job. You are here to be the solution.
You will start new accounts, train drivers, cover absences, and step in wherever the operation needs you. Some weeks will look different than others and that is exactly why this role exists.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Starting new accounts and getting them up and running
• Training drivers and setting the standard
• Covering open routes and critical needs
• Operating whatever equipment the job calls for

Equipment You’ll Run

• Dry van
• Flatbed
• End dump
• Roll off
• Logging trailer
• Yard spotter
• Container and intermodal

You are expected to be comfortable adapting and confident across equipment types.
Where You’ll Be Based
You must live near one of our terminals:

• Shelbyville, TN
• Jackson, TN
• Loudon, TN
• Columbus, MS

What It Takes

• Valid Class A CDL
• X endorsement and TWIC for top pay
• Willingness to run multiple equipment types
• Ability to stay out a minimum of 2 weeks at a time
• Real experience and a strong safety mindset

Orientation

• Held in Shelbyville, TN
• Travel and hotel covered
