Drivers are paid weekly and earn additional pay for blocking and bracing, detention, layovers, breakdowns, and extra stops. The fleet is pet and rider friendly, runs primarily no-touch dry van freight, and operates with recap hours and no split shifts. With a strong focus on safety, DOT compliance, and professional operations, Dynamic Dedicated is built for experienced drivers who want steady freight, fair pay, and a company that respects their time.

- $1,600 - $1,900/per week
- $0.60 CPM starting pay $0.03 CPM monthly safety bonus
- 2,500–3,000 average miles per week
- Weekly pay with additional paid extras
- Paid blocking & bracing on coil loads
- Pet and rider friendly fleet
- Strong safety and DOT compliance culture
Home Time:
- Kansas City and Lawrence area drivers: weekly home time
- Outside KC metro: home every 2–3 weeks
- Take the truck home when safe parking is available

Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 24 years of age
- Valid Class A CDL with a minimum of 3 years held
- Must be actively driving or coming directly from a driving position
- Valid DOT physical with at least 6 months remaining
- Must pass a DOT urine drug screen and comply with random testing
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English per FMCSA requirements
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 DOT-recordable accidents, incidents, or moving violations in the last 3 years
- No major moving violations in the last 3 years
- No felony convictions within the past 10 years
- DUI/DWI limited to one offense and must be 10 years old
