đ What Youâll Do
As the Regional Director of Operations â Southeast, youâll be responsible for the smooth and efficient site preparation, customer startâups, and ongoing operations for CDLâs cardiac PET, PET/CT, and SPECT customers (mobile and fixed). Youâll be the operational âquarterbackâ ensuring equipment readiness, clinical training, radiation safety, vendor coordination, and customer satisfaction are executed at a high level.Â
Youâll drive impact by:
Leading new customer clinical/technical startâups in partnership with the Vice President of OperationsÂ
Directly interfacing with hospital stakeholders (administrators, physicians, technologists, nurses), plus CDL sales/leadership, physicists, and equipment providersÂ
Overseeing equipment installation, calibration, upgrades, relocations, and vendor/OEM scheduling and coordinationÂ
Managing site preparation activities required for equipment installation and goâlive readinessÂ
Coordinating and supporting clinical training for staff and client physicians; maintaining ongoing technologist competenceÂ
Supporting technical and operational needs tied to isotope/generator supply and imaging assetsÂ
Ensuring ongoing operations run efficiently and teams are comfortable with all processes within the Cardiac PET lab environmentÂ
Partnering closely with Clinical Account Managers and Project Managers to deliver operational objectives and resolve client issuesÂ
Ensuring client personnel follow ALARA principles and supporting radiation program management/accreditation needsÂ
Providing progress and issue updates to customers and internal leadership (weekly/monthly/as requested)Â
Maintaining CDL business and patient confidentiality and supporting quality/process improvement initiatives
đŻ Qualifications
Required:
Associate degree in Nuclear Medicine (Bachelorâs preferred)Â
Board certified by NMTCB and/or ARRTÂ
3â5 years of Directorâlevel experience in Nuclear Cardiology / PET managementÂ
Strong clinical/technical nuclear cardiac training capability plus excellent communication, organization, and relationship skillsÂ
Professionalism and poise in conflict, emergencies, and changing prioritiesÂ
