What You'll Do
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you'll play an essential role in delivering high-quality diagnostic cardiac PET/CT studies while ensuring exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform Cardiac PET/CT imaging procedures
- Administer Rb-82 radiopharmaceuticals
- Operate and maintain PET/CT imaging equipment
- Manage hot lab operations and daily workflow
- Ensure compliance with ALARA, NRC, OSHA, and state regulations
- Monitor image quality and patient safety standards
- Collaborate with cardiologists, cardiac RNs, stress technologists, and clinical staff
- Provide outstanding patient care throughout the imaging process
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday - No Weekends!
- Day Shift
- Predictable Outpatient Schedule
Qualifications
Required
- CNMT, NMTCB, or ARRT (N) certification
- Active New Jersey Nuclear Medicine License
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work independently and professionally in a clinical environment
Preferred
- PET/CT experience
- Cardiac PET experience
- CT Certification
- Nuclear Cardiology experience
- Experience with radiopharmaceutical administration and PET workflows
