The Role
We’re seeking a Director of Marketing to spearhead our efforts in the hospital segment—a high-potential, underpenetrated market. This is a rare opportunity to shape CDL’s brand presence, refine customer engagement strategies, and deliver measurable impact in one of healthcare’s most strategic growth areas.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, you’ll lead strategy, execution, and performance measurement of hospital-focused marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to create compelling value propositions, develop integrated campaigns, and enable sales teams to win new hospital partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and own the hospital marketing strategy, aligning with CDL’s commercial objectives.
- Market Insights: Leverage research and industry trends to deeply understand hospital decision-making and unmet needs.
- Campaign Execution: Launch integrated digital, print, and event-based campaigns that drive awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Content Creation: Produce case studies, thought leadership, white papers, and webinars that showcase CDL’s clinical impact.
- Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with hospital-specific messaging, pitch decks, and training to maximize engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Build dashboards and track KPIs to measure success and inform future strategy.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 in a leadership role.
- Background in healthcare or medical technology (hospital segment experience strongly preferred).
- Strong commercial acumen and proven success developing go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
