CDI Engineering Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Consulting Engineers Limited (TCE), is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries.

The Recruiter identifies, recruits, and hires skilled engineering, design and project management professionals for various roles. They work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to define job requirements, source candidates through online platforms and networking, conduct interviews, and manage the full hiring process.

Sourcing and Screening:

Identifying and sourcing qualified candidates from online job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other sources.

Candidate Assessment:

Screening resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and experience.

Hiring Management:

Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements, providing updates on candidates, and coordinating interviews.

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Managing the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and negotiating job offers.

Relationship Building:

Building relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.

Technical Expertise:

Having a basic understanding of the technical aspects of the roles.

Staying Current:

Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in engineering recruitment.

Data Management:

Maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Experience in technical recruitment or related fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Proficiency in online sourcing and networking tools.

Ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of engineering disciplines and job market trends.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
