Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate complex internal and external meetings, ensuring the executive’s time is optimized and prioritized.
- Communication Gatekeeping: Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and requests; draft professional correspondence and proofread high-stakes documents.
- Travel & Logistics: Arrange comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation.
- Project Coordination: Track deliverables for key initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and follow-ups are completed.
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations; attend meetings to record minutes and track action items.
- Expense & Data Management: Handle expense reporting, maintain organized filing systems, and manage sensitive/confidential information with total integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior-level executives.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a refined professional tone.
