We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Wireless Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with product selection, manage transactions, and contribute to a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Handle transactions efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to provide accurate assistance.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Maintain a high standard & desire to achieve sales and revenue goals.
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in management and sales tracking.
- Experience in upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Office/Workplace professionalism.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
