We are excited to announce our most recent branch expansion to the Charlotte, NC area!!

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to fill the role on Entry Level Wireless Sales. In this role, you will be the face of our company, in the store , providing exceptional experience and right fitting customers during the sales process. You will assist with product selection, manage transactions, and contribute to a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
• Handle transactions efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to provide accurate assistance.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain a high standard & desire to achieve sales and revenue goals.

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to hit goals month over month.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in management and sales tracking.
• Experience in upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Office/Workplace professionalism.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
