Key Responsibilities

🔹 Project Management

• Lead end-to-end project delivery — from planning and execution to launch and post-release success.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, and budgets efficiently.
• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure progress and transparency.
• Identify project risks early and drive proactive mitigation.
• Foster collaboration and maintain momentum across cross-functional teams.
   

🔹 Business Analysis & Insights

• Partner with clients and stakeholders to deeply understand their business needs and goals.
• Elicit, document, and validate detailed business and functional requirements.
• Translate business objectives into actionable user stories and technical tasks.
• Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for both clients and internal stakeholders — turning data into decisions.
   

🔹 Agile / Scrum Master Support

• Act as a Scrum Master when needed — facilitating ceremonies, promoting Agile best practices, and ensuring sprint success.
• Support teams in achieving high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

🔹 Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the communication bridge between clients, developers, and leadership.
• Provide clear updates through project reports, status trackers, and performance dashboards.
• Manage expectations, build trust, and nurture long-term client relationships through clarity and transparency.
   

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience as a Project Manager / Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, web, and mobile app development processes.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or Asana.
• Excellent analytical thinking, documentation, and communication skills.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) is a plus.
