Role Description The Cargo Warehouse and CargoWise Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamaica, NY. This position is responsible for handling and organizing cargo in the warehouse, including receiving, labeling, storing, and preparing shipments in accordance with TSA and company standards. The specialist uses CargoWise and related systems to enter and update shipment data, track cargo status, generate documentation, and ensure accurate records for compliance and billing. Daily tasks include coordinating with operations and customer service teams, monitoring cold storage and screened cargo areas, and performing routine safety and security checks. The role also involves troubleshooting system issues, supporting process improvements, and maintaining a clean, orderly, and secure warehouse environment.

- Knowledge of air cargo regulations and security practices; familiarity with TSA and CCSF/CCSP requirements is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, labeling, and inventory control.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and stacking cargo within safety guidelines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with operational, compliance, and customer-facing teams.
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, and office software) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in logistics, warehousing, or security is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jamaica, NY and follow established safety and security protocols.
