We are seeking an innovative and tech-savvy educator to design and teach engaging online courses for middle and/or high school students. This role combines instructional design with direct teaching responsibilities, requiring a strong understanding of digital learning tools—particularly Canvas and CidiLabs—to create interactive, student-centered learning experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive online courses using Canvas and Cidi Labs, incorporating best practices in digital instruction and student engagement
- Build visually appealing, well-organized course modules with embedded multimedia, assessments, and interactive elements
- Teach assigned courses, facilitating learning in an online environment and maintaining consistent communication with students
- Provide individualized, detailed, and timely feedback using structured rubrics to support student growth and mastery
- Monitor student progress and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with colleagues, instructional designers, and leadership to ensure course quality and alignment with standards
