What are the responsibilities and job description for the Computer Science Teacher - Virtual and In-person- Part-time position at CCS Virtual Academy?
This teacher will build and teach AP Computer Science Principles, Computer Science I and II. Teacher should be proficient in Canvas and prepared to learn to build interactive courses using Cidilabs. Cidilabs training will be provided. The location of this position will be a combination of virtual and in-person.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree from an approved education program in subject area.
- Strong background in North Carolina Course of Study/Common Core and Essential Standards.
Special Requirements
- NC Teaching License in appropriate subject area or have qualifications to obtain a NC teaching License.
- Course design experience preferred
