What are the responsibilities and job description for the Working Supervisor position at CCS of WNY, Inc?
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Working Supervisor to join our commercial cleaning team to work 9am-530pm, Monday-Friday, at a site near Main and Spindrift. The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard while working alongside their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist cleaning staff with daily duties.
- Maintain quality and consistency across all cleaning tasks.
- Train and motivate team members.
- Monitor supplies and equipment.
- Communicate with management about staffing, schedules, and site updates.
- Perform cleaning duties including mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, dusting, and restroom sanitation.
- Clock in and out using our webclock system.
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial cleaning required.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
- Reliable transportation required.
