What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Supervisor position at CCS of WNY, Inc?
Our company is looking for a full time site supervisor in Batavia. We cover this site 7 days a week. The bulk of our staff hours are Monday through Friday. We also have shifts on the weekends. Supervisor's shift will start 9am - 10am Monday through Friday but flexibility is a must. Covering open shifts, monitoring staff, evaluating work performed as well as keeping site stocked are part of the duties. Eventually coordinating staff, scheduling, handling issues that arise either through the customer or our employees will be part of your workday. Good communication skills and ability to act promptly are important. We will train the right candidate. Must have a drivers license and your own reliable transportation, be willing to work with our customers, and have an approachable personality.
