What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Cleaner position at CCS of WNY, Inc?
Nightly Janitorial Service. 5pm start time, Monday- Friday. Job will take at max 4 hours per night. Located downtown near the Larkin Building. Looking for a motivated, responsibile, punctual and hard working individual. Employee should be able to perform the following:
Duties:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
Skills:
- Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work as a team.
- Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and carry heavy objects as needed
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.02 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
