Role Overview
Leads the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions, focusing on maintenance work management, scheduling, and integration with MRO supply chain and procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA EAM solution design and implementation
- Own preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance processes
- Design work order lifecycle from creation to closure
- Define roles across maintenance teams
- Drive detailed scheduling and capacity planning
- Integrate with MRO warehouse operations
- Integrate with SAP Ariba for procurement
- Ensure inventory accuracy and cycle counting
- Lead business workshops and stakeholder alignment
- Support testing, cutover, and hypercare
Required Skills
- 10 years SAP EAM experience
- S/4HANA implementation experience
- Strong work management and scheduling knowledge
- MRO inventory integration experience
- SAP Ariba integration experience
- Industry experience in asset-heavy environments
Nice to Have
- Shutdown or turnaround maintenance experience
- EWM or WM integration
- SAP Fiori exposure
