Cloud Solutions Architect
Location: Chantilly, VA
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)
$180K-$190K
Position Overview
Client is seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of secure cloud and hybrid enterprise environments supporting globally distributed systems and highly sensitive data.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in cloud architecture, multi-environment integration, performance optimization, and secure enterprise system design across AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, and on-premises infrastructures.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud and hybrid architectures
Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives across enterprise environments
Architect systems operating across multiple network fabrics and globally distributed infrastructures
Support system accreditation activities for highly sensitive environments
Optimize cloud-hosted systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
Develop and maintain architectures leveraging AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud services
Integrate cloud and on-premises systems into cohesive enterprise solutions
Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and operations teams to ensure compliance and security requirements are met
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout project lifecycles
Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)
Demonstrated experience accrediting systems that handle extremely sensitive data
Demonstrated experience accrediting systems on multiple network fabrics
Demonstrated experience designing, developing, or maintaining systems that handle extremely sensitive data
Demonstrated experience designing, developing, or maintaining systems on multiple network fabrics
Demonstrated experience with Cloud Service Providers (CSP), specifically AWS, Azure, and Oracle
Demonstrated experience optimizing cloud-hosted systems for cost and performance efficiencies
Demonstrated experience designing, developing, or maintaining systems used globally
Demonstrated experience with hybrid cloud architectures
Demonstrated experience designing or maintaining on-premises architectures
Salary : $180,000 - $190,000
