Title: Contract Business Analyst – Documentation Recovery- Only W2
Location: Spartanburg, SC | 100% Onsite
Duration: 12-Month Contract | 40 hrs/week | Possible Extension
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support an IT Documentation Recovery and Cybersecurity initiative for a public-sector organization.
Key Requirements:
- 10 years of Business Analysis experience in complex IT environments
- Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews & facilitation
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Word, Excel, Teams & SharePoint
- Strong Microsoft Visio experience for process mapping and workflow diagrams
- Experience working with technical SMEs across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, or IT operations
Preferred:
- Documentation recovery / knowledge management
- Cybersecurity, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or ITSM
- SharePoint governance
- ITIL, NIST, or CIS knowledge
- Government or regulated environment experience
- CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or PMP
