Key Responsibilities:
Regularly visit customer sites to meet with clients, inspect service quality, and address any concerns or issues promptly. Most of your time will be spent at customer locations.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Promote the company culture and values among field employees, providing guidance and leadership to ensure consistent service delivery.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with both clients and employees, ensuring transparency and clarity in all interactions.
Coach, guide, and develop field personnel to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and employees.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues promptly and proactively.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
