Job Title: Account Supervisor

Location: San Francisco Bay Area or Durham NC (Hybrid)

 

Overview

Electro, Clorox’s in-house agency, is looking for a Full-Time Account Supervisor to support a leading Fortune 500 CPG client. The Account Supervisor, Specialty will be the conduit between BE and Electro. This role will report into the Account Director at Electro.

Key Responsibilities

The Account Supervisor will lead projects across brands. Responsibilities include managing communications with key stakeholders (brand, brand engagement members, integrated agency partners, vendors), create briefs/requirement documentation, approvals, and information & insights gathering.


•      Has deep understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising

•      Be a proactive problem-solver who naturally over-communicates

•      Manage daily communication to drive internal and external teams

•      Demonstrate an ability to anticipate needs and prioritize projects/actions on a real-time basis, managing up accordingly

•      Stay current on all timelines, client briefings, launch dates & meeting times

•      A proven track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations

•      Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees

•      Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

•      An understanding of a brand marketing mix, ensuring that social & digital strategies integrate and amplify more traditional channels

•      Plan and drive for test & learn & iterations which include partnership with the team in below areas:

•      Analytics

•      Performance and tech enhancement

•      Seasonal or other content opportunities

•      Can formulate the implication of changes to budget and delivery timelines

•      Proactively ask questions and problem-solves with Creative, Project Management and Digital Experience departments to ensure smooth progress on all BE projects


Qualifications

·     5 years of Account Management experience, working with fully integrated campaigns

·     Understanding of CRM or email marketing

·     Experience working with creative and technical teams

·     Experience with digital campaigns, website development, social and video content production

·     Strong presentation and writing skills

·     Self starter, the ability to have autonomy on leading projects

·     Production experience a plus


We are committed to fair and equitable pay and are transparent with current and future team members about our full pay ranges for this position. The expected hourly rate pay range for this position is $65-75 per hour.

Salary : $65 - $75
