They directly serve a wide range of commercial and institutional owners throughout North Texas. They have 50 years of experience serving clients in the North Texas area and have built a strong reputation throughout Texas.
What you will be doing:
The Mechanical Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of pipefitters, welders, and related trades on job sites. This role ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, direct, and support pipefitters, welders, and labor personnel Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members Ensure work is performed according to drawings, specifications, and codes Monitor productivity, quality, and job progress Enforce safety policies and promote a strong safety culture Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades Track materials, tools, and equipment needs Review and report daily job progress, manpower, and issues Identify and resolve field issues efficiently
What you need:
- 5 years of experience in mechanical construction, piping, or industrial work Prior foreman or lead experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of piping systems, welding processes, and installation methods
- Strong leadership and communication skills
