SUMMARY:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
- Location: CCRES, 690 Stockton Drive, Exton, PA
- Salary Range: $61,600 - $64,600 (based on years of experience)
To thrive in this position, you will:
- Manage payroll and related activities with precision
- Ensure timely submission of payroll
- Adhere to both verbal and written guidance while proposing enhancements to payroll processes
- Revise working instructions and payroll standard operating procedures as necessary
- Make informed payroll decisions independently and seek input as needed
- Stay updated on evolving guidelines, regulations, and laws set forth by agencies including, but not limited to, the Internal Revenue Service, Medical Assistance, the Department of Human Services, various managed care organizations, and local government entities
- Handle payroll-related functions with confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and FERPA regulations
- Assist business office to perform other duties that may include data entry, reporting, compliance, and bookkeeping
Requirements
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related area - preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree: 3 years of payroll experience
- Associate's Degree: 4-5 years of payroll experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent: 5-7 years of payroll experience
- Proficiency with excel and payroll systems
CREDENTIALS:
(Clearances current within 12 months)
- PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
- PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
- PA Department of Education FBI
- Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
- CCRES paid clearances
