$5,000 - Sign on bonus:

• Eligible to BCBAs in ACS that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours
• Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire
  
  

Summary:

• The school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA position is $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA (independent contractor / 1099)
• 10 month academic calendar year, 37.5 hours per week
  
  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results
• Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions
• Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming
• Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed
• Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals
• Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity
  
  

Requirements

Skills:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development
• Extensive knowledge of data analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere
• Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities
  
  

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program
• BCBA certification
• Working experience after BCBA certification
  
  

Credentials:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Current Certificate
• Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
• Professional Liability Insurance
  
  

(Clearances current within 12 months)

• PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
• PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
• PA Department of Education FBI Use code: 1KG6XN
• TB screening - current within 3 months
• Bonus will be issued if the new hire commits to 25 billable hours, if that is not achieved in 90 days, the second installment will not be provided
