Position Summary 

CCR Services is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and customer-focused Restoration Estimator & Project Manager to join our growing team. This position is responsible for inspecting properties, preparing accurate estimates, managing restoration and repair projects from start to finish, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. 

The ideal candidate will possess experience in property restoration, construction project management, estimating software, customer communication, and vendor coordination. This individual must be comfortable working both in the field and in an office environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. 

 Essential Responsibilities 

Estimating & Inspections 

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties. 
• Assess damages related to water, fire, mold, storm, and general property restoration projects. 
• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates using industry-standard software. 
• Review scopes of work and identify all required labor, materials, and subcontractor services. 
• Submit estimates to property managers, homeowners, insurance representatives, and clients in a timely manner. 
• Perform project measurements and documentation, including photographs and written reports. 
• Monitor estimate approvals and follow up as needed. 

Project Management 

• Manage restoration and repair projects from initial inspection through final completion. 
• Coordinate scheduling with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. 
• Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. 
• Conduct project walkthroughs and quality control inspections. 
• Communicate project updates proactively with customers and stakeholders. 
• Address project challenges, change orders, and customer concerns professionally. 
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations. 

Customer Relations 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the restoration process. 
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships. 
• Explain project scopes, timelines, and expectations clearly and professionally. 
• Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience. 
• Support CCR Services' commitment to professionalism, communication, and quality workmanship. 

Administrative Responsibilities 

• Maintain organized project files and documentation. 
• Prepare project reports, job notes, and status updates. 
• Track project costs, invoices, and profitability. 
• Assist with vendor and subcontractor management. 
• Participate in team meetings and operational planning discussions. 
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping within company software systems. 

Qualifications 

Required 

• Minimum 3 years of restoration, construction estimating, or project management experience. 
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial restoration practices. 
• Experience preparing estimates and scopes of work. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams). 
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. 
• Ability to work in both office and field environments. 

Preferred 

• Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software. 
• Water, Fire, Mold, or Restoration Industry certifications. 
• Experience working with property management companies. 
• Knowledge of insurance restoration processes and documentation. 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to walk job sites and inspect properties. 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. 
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and access construction or restoration environments. 
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
