The successful candidate will serve as a central coordination point between customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of projects and products. This role operates within the Supply Chain organization and supports both operational execution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Supply Chain Management

  • Own and coordinate end-to-end supply chain execution across multiple concurrent, complex, and customized business and customer workstreams
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage production schedules and purchase orders in alignment with customer delivery requirements and capacity constraints
  • Coordinate closely with procurement, production, engineering, sales, and project teams to ensure supply chain activities are aligned with project milestones
  • Proactively identify risks, constraints, or conflicts across workstreams and escalate with recommended mitigation actions

Delivery Coordination

  • Schedule and manage outbound deliveries to end customers, ensuring alignment with project timelines, site readiness, and transportation availability
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery status, changes, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate delivery dates and times with customers, drivers, dispatch teams, and field operations
  • Track, trace, and communicate shipment status, proactively managing delays or exceptions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery information in all relevant systems

Logistics & Freight Coordination

  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, including domestic and international shipments
  • Coordinate and manage freight forwarder bookings, transportation modes, and shipping lanes to optimize cost, transit time, and reliability
  • Liaise with freight carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and forwarders to schedule shipments and resolve transportation issues
  • Support customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with import/export regulations and Incoterms
  • Assist in the optimization of logistics and transportation processes across multiple supply chain flows

Inventory & Transaction Management

  • Manage and execute inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments across systems
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure visibility of stock movements across warehouses and project locations
  • Coordinate material availability to support production schedules and customer delivery commitments

Logistics Administration & Reporting

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, delivery notes)
  • Maintain data accuracy across internal and external systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, customer portals)
  • Prepare and analyze reports on logistics performance, delivery reliability, inventory levels, and costs
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending process enhancements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or related administrative roles
  • Experience managing multiple, complex, and parallel supply chain or project workstreams
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and project coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to thrive in a highly visible environment with competing priorities
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and customs processes is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field preferred
