We are seeking an experienced Payroll Processor to manage high-volume payroll operations. This role requires someone who can handle the full payroll cycle, maintain compliance, and support employees across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Process high-volume payroll (200–1,000 employees preferred)
- Manage full payroll cycle from data collection through reconciliation
- Handle garnishments, W-2s, 1099s, and payroll compliance
- Maintain accurate payroll records across systems
- Generate payroll and labor reports for management
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of payroll processing experience (high-volume preferred)
- Experience with ADP, Paycom, Paylocity, or similar systems
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, taxes, and reporting
- Experience handling garnishments and year-end processing (W-2s/1099s)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Experience
- Multi-state or multi-location payroll
- Experience supporting large employee populations (300 or more)
- Background in hospitality, multi-unit, or fast-paced environments
Salary : $68,000 - $70,000
