About the Role
Are you a recent college graduate who is highly organized, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a dynamic and professional environment? We are a commercial real estate company looking for a motivated Executive & Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working closely with senior leadership while supporting day-to-day office operations.
What You'll Do
- Provide executive support to leadership, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Manage correspondence, draft communications, and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Assist with a variety of administrative projects across the office, including document organization, vendor coordination, and office supply management
- Help onboard new team members and support basic HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and coordinating interviews
- Serve as a point of contact for office operations, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed
- Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as you grow in the role
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (any field) required — recent graduates (Class of 2023–2026) are strongly encouraged to apply
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Professional, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- A self-starter who takes initiative and is eager to learn new skills
- Interest in office management, human resources, or business operations is a plus
