- Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Assist residents with package retrieval and delivery notifications
- Manage resident fob access, credentials, and related requests
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and resident service requests
- Provide general administrative support to the management team
- Respond to resident questions and concerns while delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and community databases
- Assist with office organization, filing, correspondence, and special projects
- Support community events and resident engagement activities when needed
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and general computer systems
- Administrative experience preferred
