CCL Management, Dane County’s premier leasing and property management firm, is looking for a responsible, bright minded, self-motivated Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. CCL Management is a locally owned, licensed Real Estate Brokerage, located in Madison, WI that specializes in the renting and property management of single family homes, condos and duplexes.
The opening reflects a handyman type of role. The right candidate MUST be dependable, possess a strong work ethic, have good customer service skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, a broad knowledge of general maintenance repairs and the ability to perform reliable and quality work in a timely manner. Strong painting skills preferred but not required. The candidate will need to be well equipped with their own tools and have reliable transportation. They will need to possess a positive personality, the ability to function in a fast paced professional environment, have strong decision making skills, and be able to communicate clearly and professionally.
The position will include but is not limited to:
- Performing general maintenance on single family homes, condos and duplexes.
- Meeting with the Maintenance Director each morning to receive your work orders for the day. Maintenance schedule can involve a mixture of maintenance requests as well as property inspections.
- Diagnosis of and determining the proper course of repair in the field.
- Properly completing repairs in a timely manner.
- Candidate must be fluent in all of today’s digital communications in order to be accessible in the field and to properly communicate from the field with the Maintenance Director.
- Reporting of any outstanding work and field observations to the Maintenance Director.
- Technician's use their own vehicle for transportation.
- Vehicle maintenance reimbursement program available.
- Vehicle gas is paid.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
