Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate flexographic printing presses according to job specifications
- Mount printing plates, adjust ink systems, and ensure proper registration and color accuracy
- Monitor press performance and make adjustments to maintain print quality and production efficiency
- Inspect printed materials for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical or printing issues and minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate production records and job documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Coordinate with production team members to meet deadlines and production goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
