The Business
CCK Automations (or “Company”) is a manufacturer of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), headquartered in Jacksonville, IL. The company was founded in 1999 and specializes in the support and manufacturing of circuit board assemblies spanning the full product lifecycle, from prototyping to long-run production. CCK’s products are often designed to endure the harshest conditions faced by customers across a variety of end markets, including agriculture technology, commercial vehicle, robotics, medical and defense.
They take great pride in building boards and control panels that have been designed and manufactured by some of the most experienced people in the industry and have continued to grow despite the uncertain economy.
The Role
CCK, a Foxtronics company, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Master Scheduler to lead floor-level production scheduling at our Jacksonville, IL facility. This role is critical to ensuring seamless operations, material readiness, and cross-functional coordination across all manufacturing areas. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates with clarity, and adapts quickly to shifting priorities.
Activities: What does the jobholder have to do?
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain the daily, weekly, and monthly production schedule for all manufacturing operations
· Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to review material availability and align schedules with due dates
· Adjust schedules in real-time to accommodate preventive maintenance (PMs), equipment downtime, or urgent changes
· Collaborate closely with area captains, supervisors, and maintenance teams to adequately allocate labor and equipment
· Monitor production progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or bottlenecks
· Communicate schedule updates clearly and consistently across departments
· Support continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling, throughput, and efficiency
· Maintain accurate production and capacity planning data within the ERP system
Education and experience:
· Required:
o Proven experience in production scheduling or operations planning in a manufacturing environment
o Strong understanding of material flow, lead times, and capacity planning
o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — able to coordinate across teams and levels
o High adaptability and calm under pressure - thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments
o Proficiency in scheduling software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Preferred
o Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives
o Familiarity with maintenance planning and integration into production schedules
o Prior experience in electronics, automotive, or industrial manufacturing is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
