CCI is seeking a full-time Project Accountant to join our team on-site at our Saint-Louis office. The Project Accountant will perform financial management and analysis specific to our client projects, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance. Daily responsibilities include managing project accounts, preparing invoices, maintaining budgets, communicating with project teams, and supporting financial audits. This role will collaborate closely with project managers to ensure projects operate efficiently and profitably.
- Accounting and finance skills, including budgeting, project cost tracking, and financial reporting
- Experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, and other financial tasks
- Proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with team members
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Familiarity with the architecture, engineering, or consulting industry is a plus
