We are urgently seeking a Mid-Level Technical Specialist with 5 years of experience to support the NC Health Information Exchange Authority (NC HIEA) under the NC Department of Information Technology. Collaborate with providers, vendors, and technical partners across the HIE ecosystem
Mandatory Skills (Must-Have Qualifications):
• Effective Communication & Community Engagement – Comfortable working with diverse healthcare stakeholders
• Technical Proficiency – Skilled in healthcare data systems, digital platforms, and terminology systems
• Relationship Building – Able to establish trust with providers, patients, and partners
