Location: Medical Center Office Building (901 7th Ave) Department: Research Operations Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Manager, Research Operations is a Research Administration Office (RAO) team member responsible for direct and indirect support and oversight of clinical research within the organization by providing direct oversight of clinical research supervisors and team members. The manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and management of clinical trials and research projects within the organization. They play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining data integrity. This role involves both leadership and administrative responsibilities. The manager will provide support, direction, and education to the assigned staff, and strive towards research excellence through continuous quality improvement. Qualifications: 1 Year of formal leadership experience required Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred (If Bachelor’s degree is not in nursing, must have Master’s degree in science) MS with 2 years of research experience BSN with 4 years of research experience If qualifying with Bachelor’s degree in nursing: Must have nursing license in the state of Texas Must have CCRC, CCRP, or other pertinent industry certification BLS certification required About Us: Cook Children's Health Care System Cook Children's Health Care System offers a unique approach to caring for children because we are one of the country's leading integrated pediatric health care delivery organizations.
