This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned regional professional who is passionate about supporting facility teams, maximizing reimbursement opportunities, and driving operational excellence.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT

This position requires prior Regional MDS experience overseeing multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities. Candidates without Regional MDS, Regional Clinical Reimbursement, or Regional RAI leadership experience will not be considered.

Why Join CCH Healthcare?
