We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) to join our team in a part-time capacity (up to 4 hours per week). This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented nurse who is passionate about quality assurance and contributing to the development of strong clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, review, and updating of agency policies and procedures
- Conduct case reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Provide clinical insight and recommendations to support quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership and case managers to strengthen service delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency and state guidelines
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Experience in case management, policy development, quality assurance, or related areas preferred
- Strong understanding of care coordination, compliance standards, and clinical documentation
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
