Develop, implement and maintain neat, accurate, and comprehensive written assessment records, annual reviews and biannual or quarterly reviews as needed, Community or Vocational Service plans, approved Behavior Programs and Procedures or any other records, ensuring confidentiality of all informationProvides essential physical and emotional care to participants including ;Assisting with personal care, hygiene, and treatments, including the administration of medications, and recording vital signs as neededProviding education to participants in personal hygiene, grooming, and behavioral conduct while acting as a role model to enhance participants’ self-esteemCoordinating and leading social and recreational activities both within the community as well as at the main facility. This includes the safe transportation of participantsMaintain cleanliness of program spaces Nutritional support: Monitoring individuals at mealtime according to food consistency guidelines for each individualAttentive to the safety of all individuals, self and othersEnsure the proper use of equipment, facilities and vehicles.
