help people live meaningful, fulfilling, and independent lives.
Hiring for:
Day Programs (Monday - Friday, 35 to 40 Hours per week)
Employment Programs (Monday - Friday, 35 Hours per week)
Residential programs (24-hour care • full‑time • Part‑Time • Per Diem •Flexible schedules, including 3–4 day workweeks!)
Walk‑In Career Fair — On‑the‑Spot Interviews!
- ✔ Walk‑ins welcome from 1 PM – 6 PM
- ✔ Hiring managers on-site for immediate interviews
- ✔ Apply online in advance to speed up your interview
Completing the application ahead of time allows our team to have your information ready so your interview can begin shortly after you arrive.
What You’ll Do as a DSP
- Support individuals with daily living activities
- Encourage independence, skill‑building, and community involvement
- Assist with medication administration and transportation
- Complete documentation and maintain a safe environment
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
Requierments
- Ability to support individuals with varying needs
- Valid CT driver’s license required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
How to Get Started
