Kerns Carpet One Floor & Home in Brookfield, WI is looking to hire a Client Support & Scheduling Specialist to join their showroom team. What We Offer:
  • Salary Range: $48,000 to $60,000 (based on experience)
  • Full Time: 40 hours/5-day work week (Monday to Friday: 9 am - 5 pm)

Responsibilities:
  • This role will report to the Sales Manager & Controller
  • Build strong relationships with sales consultants, customers & installation teams
  • Ensure seamless scheduling between customers & installers to keep projects on track
  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of installer invoice approval, ensuring accurate documentation, sales team alignment & clean financial records
  • Screen non-sales calls as directed
  • Redirect or escalate customer communication to the appropriate team member
  • Send out customer warranties & paid invoices
  • Collect & verify required customer information for enrollment of the Spot Out program
  • Sort & distribute mail to the correct team member or department
  • Assist Sales Manager with sales pricing for both showroom locations
  • Manage & coordinate the purchasing of office/operational supplies
  • Help to maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays & common areas neat, current & clean

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years' proven work experience in Customer Experience Coordinator, Customer Care Associate, Client Relations Coordinator, Hotel Hospitality, or similar role
  • Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms & Microsoft Office
  • A positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations
  • Ability to create amazing customer experiences
  • Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving ability
  • Strong personal & professional judgment
  • Ability to adapt & respond quickly to customers' needs/wants
  • Organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
  • Advanced time management skills & detailed oriented
  • Knowledge of the flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
  • Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
