CC Powersports / Indian Motorcycles of Clarksville, the Midwest's largest motorcycle superstore located in Clarksville, Indiana is looking for a qualified salesperson. You would be responsible for product knowledge, assisting customers in making correct product choices, informing customers of their options, being a liaison between the customer and the manager to help get the deal and the best deal possible, numerous other duties. Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Tuesday thru Friday) and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed Sunday and Monday. Must be dependable and have reliable transportation. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their powersports interests to recommend suitable UTVs and motorcycles
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and excitement
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing deals efficiently using CRM software
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and upselling accessories or add-ons to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service through active listening, clear communication, and professional phone etiquette
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within powersports, automotive, or outdoor recreation industries
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer data and sales pipelines effectively
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to upsell products confidently
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for connecting with diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated organizational skills for managing inventory, sales documentation, and follow-up activities
- Experience in dealership environments or automotive sales is highly desirable
