Job Description:Location: Vienna, VA - 100% on site (8:00-4:30 EST)Request Management:Experience Level: 2 years experienceExperience with the ServiceNow ticket system or equivalentStrong communication skills to provide daily updates and status reportsTask Description:On-site WYSE to Dock swaps:Unbox docking stationsRemove thin client devices (WYSE) and power cordInstall the laptop dock and power cordCable managementReturn thin client devices to the loading dockDocument devices for disposal (capture asset tag information)Disposal of any packing materialThin client laptop builds and shipping:Unbox laptopsPlug in and image device(s)Maintain a steady connection of devices for optimum output and capacityValidate that the image is working correctlyRe-box the device and package it with a docking stationCreate labels for devices to be shippedCreate asset return tickets in ServiceNow for existing devices assigned to usersRecover assets and prep for disposalDisposal order actions:Wipe the thin client desktops if neededStack devices on shipping pallets and ready for shippingAdd the device information to the disposal order in ServiceNowCC Pace are committed to employing only candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
